Twenty-four Hour Cancellation Policy

We value each of you as individuals and welcome the responsibility and privilege of caring for and supporting you as experienced health care professionals.
Our goal is for our clients to be seen and treated in a timely and efficient manner. With that as our focus, we wish to remind everyone of our Clinic’s policy concerning late cancellations (we require 24 hours notice).
There will be situations beyond your control when you are forced to cancel outside the accepted time limit. However, please understand that this not only means that your therapist will not be financially reimbursed for the lost treatment time, but more importantly, it may not provide us with sufficient time to contact a client on the waiting list.
We have voice mail and email, which we check regularly so a message can be left at any time of the day or night. Clients who book for Monday mornings should leave a message before 1pm on the previous Saturday if possible.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments will be charged at the standard fee.
Please note that insurance companies consider a missed or late cancellation appointment charge to be entirely the client’s responsibility.
